Municipal Court
The Municipal Court processes traffic citations as well as misdemeanor criminal offenses. The Court is located
in City Hall at 315 N. Buckner Street. The Court is in session Monday through Thursday, from 8:30am to 4:45pm.
The Court is staffed by Municipal Judge John Betts and Court Clerk Sandra Savage. If you need
information on paying a ticket or scheduling a court appearance, please call the Court Clerk at 903-796-7153 ext 116.
