Industrial Incentives

There are two economic development corporations funded by restricted sales tax that serve the Atlanta business and industrial community.

RETAIL - The Atlanta City Development Corporation has a primary focus on preserving the historic downtown Atlanta. There are a number of incentive programs for facade improvements and signage. Additionally, for the right restaurateurs and retailers special incentive programs are available.

INDUSTRIAL - The Atlanta Economic Development Corporation has a primary focus on attracting industrial prospects. This corporation has developed an 88-acre business park and constructed a 50,000 square feet shell building that is immediately available. Incentive packages, which include reduction of building cost, low to no cost land, tax abatements and training assistance are all available. Incentives can be specifically tailored for industrial prospects that will employ more than 25 full time employees.
