Message From the City Manager
On behalf of the dedicated employees of the City of Atlanta, I want to welcome you to
our website. Our mission is to provide exemplary municipal services to
our residents, and our entire staff is dedicated to that purpose.
I encourage you to visit our historic downtown area. We have many exciting new things
going on – so come enjoy excellent dining and wonderful shopping. Check
out our newest improvements to the Louise Street Park, it’s a
wonderful place for families.
One of our new goals is to attract retired people to Atlanta. We have so much to
offer with our lakes, forests, golf courses and other recreational amenities. We’re
advertising on radio in the Dallas metroplex.
